According to TMZ Rick Ross got lucky and avoided getting arrested for a drug bust. Apparently Cops smelled weed coming from his Yacht and were coming for a drug bust. But Rick Ross threw the rest of his weed in the sea and one of his friends admitted to smoking weed but the cops let this case go since they did not find any weed on the boat, no arrests were made.
