DMX was initially set to be released from Yuma State Prison tomorrow, but according to TMZ, he will have to remain for at least another week due to a few infractions including: drug possession of an unspecified drug, failing or refusing a drug test, smoking and more.
X has been at the Arizona pen since December on a probation violation.
