Following the Atlanta Braves 5-3 win over the Philadelphia Phillies today, Ludacris held a concert after the game at Turner Field in support of the Civil Rights Game Weekend. So for his performance Ludacris brought guests Ciara, DJ Khaled and in the video above he honors Rev. Jesse Jackson before bringing out Jermaine Dupri to perform “Welcome To Atlanta.” More footage below.
