Ri Ri stopped by to chat with Chelsea Handler during a taping of “Chelsea Lately” in Sydney, Australia, earlier this week. They reminisced about RiRi’s 23rd birthday bash last month, to which she personally invited the comedienne and her sidekick Chuy, but they never even saw each other.
