Two DMX Albums Featuring Unreleased Songs To Be Released In 2012
DMX’s new album Undisputed was slated to be released in March, as per DMX himself. But it seems like it will feature only unreleased material from previous years. Seven Arts Entertainment Inc. has announced that it has executed a definitive agreement to acquire industry veteran David Michery’s music assets. The assets include two full albums by DMX.
Seven Arts has said that Undisputed will be the first of the two albums to be released this year. Undisputed is scheduled to hit stores in the second quarter of 2012 through Fontana Distribution, a division of Universal Music Group.

Lil Wayne & DMX Celebrate New Year’s Day At LIV Nightclub, Miami (Video)
Among those in the party included Diddy, Rihanna, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Busta Rhymes, Nas, Meek Mill, Flo Rida, Red Cafe, and many more. The night definitely came to its peak though when Lil Wayne introduced DMX on stage. Wayne showed lots of praise for DMX being a legend and even recounted a story of the Ruff Ryder / Cash Money tour from way back in the day.
DMX proceeded to perform a few songs getting everyone hype! A fight almost broke out in the crowd right before DMX’s first song which got everyone even more amped.

DMX Speaks On Helping People & Turning His Life Around
During an interview with KPLR 11 in St. Louis, Missouri, X spoke on a number of topics including turning his life around after a very long period of drug abuse and jail time, and also helping others to better themselves.
“There were times where it appeared I had nothing to hold onto. Nothing to help me get through that. I’m a man of faith, and it’s good to know there are others out there like me, Be grateful for the fact that you can see clearly. I appreciate the continued support, and I’m sure you have noticed, but I will never let you down in terms of the message and the delivery of the message.
It’ll always be honest, it’ll always be to the point and it’ll always be uncompromised.”
He also spoke on his appearance on Dr. Drew’s “Lifechangers”:
“I was on there because hopefully, I was able to change somebody’s life and be a positive influence. Because there are so many negative things said. People don’t know the real me. Those are types of things that I not only enjoy doing, but I do them on the regular. I don’t do it for the fame, I don’t do it for the publicity. I do it because it needs to be done. So it’s great to have that side of me shown.”

DMX Brings Out Scarface in Houston, Says His Song Helped Him Cope w/ Aaliyah’s Death
DMX performed at the House of Blues last night in New York City. During his set, X brought out Scarface and once again said Face was one of two rappers who he really respects (the other is Nas).
He also revealed Face’s song “Will I Ever Be Born Again” helped him get through Aaliyah’s death.

DMX Statement On Latest Arrest
Yesterday, we found out that Earl once again was arrested for speeding, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license. Today his publicist Domenick Nati, has issued this statement to The Source.
“This situation is being blown way out of proportion. DMX was in jail for approximately 1 hour. Also the report given by Sgt. Rudy Lujan of AHP, was exaggerated according to the people present. DMX does admit to driving at 85mph but not nearly at the speed that was suggested in the report. In response to the constant harassment by Arizona law enforcement, DMX says this, “God brought me to Phoenix and I’m not going to let no man run me and my family from our home!” Despite being under a microscope, DMX is doing everything he can to put his past criminal charges behind him and focus on music. – Domenick Nati”

Video: DMX Arrested in Arizona
MyFoxPhoenix reports:
MESA, Ariz. – The rapper known as DMX was arrested on Wednesday by Department of Public Safety officers on the U.S. 60 westbound at Power Road. The 40-year-old whose real name is Earl Simmons, was caught on radar at 102 miles per hour in a Chrysler 300. There was another vehicle following him and both were stopped.
A check showed Simmons’ license was revoked.
He was cited for criminal speed, driving on a suspended and revoked license and reckless driving.
Simmons’ passenger was the registered owner of the Chrysler.
