Shooting Outside Tyga’s Concert In Omaha; His Artist Honey Cocaine Shot
Bad news for Tyga and Hip-Hop in general. In an unfortunate incident, fans started to throw trash on stage while Tyga was performing at his Careless World tour stop in Omaha, Nebraska. That’s when Tyga got heated and told a few people to “meet him outside”.
Things took an ugly turn when after the concert, bullets were fired at his tour bus which was also carrying his artist Honey Cocaine. The female rapper was shot in the arm but is said to be out of danger. Another video of the scene below.

Tyga's ‘Careless World’ Album Debuts At #4
It’s been a week and after having issues with his album even getting released in stores due to a Martin Luther King sample Tyga’s numbers finally come in. Tyga’s long delayed “Careless World” album debuted at #4 spot pushing 64,742 units the first week. He is right behind Adele, Whitney Huston and Fun.

Tyga ‘Careless World’ First Week Sales Projections
Tyga’s latest LP Careless World: Rise Of The Last King is expected to move a decent number of 70-80k copies in the first week at retail. Reports say that his album was indeed recalled from physical stores and these sales are digital only.
The incident of his album being recalled due to lack of clearance of a Martin Luther King Jr. sample is unfortunate since the rapper built a solid buzz prior to the release and had a good shot at cracking the three figure mark.

Each artist sat down for an exclusive interview with The Source, to discuss leading his own movement. 20-year old Mac Miller silences the naysayers by doing what works best for him, saying that his fan base is “growing wider than people give me credit for,” while newly signed Def Jam artist 2 Chainz says he’s “hungry like that younger me” and Tyga even admits, “most of my fans are from 12 to 25.”

Tyga Reveals Nas & Nicki Minaj Features On Careless World
Tyga‘s buzz for his sophomore album Careless World continues to grow with every spin of Rack City. He took some time out to speak with XXL about his collaborations with Nasir and Onika.
on his collab with Nas and Wale:
“Yeah man, I sent Nas a song like six months ago and I never heard back from him but out of the blue, he called me like, ‘Yo, you doing your thing. I want to be a part of what you doing, I like everything you doing. Keep working hard. I sent him the ‘Kings and Queens’ that night and he did it the next day. I was like, that shit is crazy. Nas always talks that shit. The song, man, [his bars] added the cherry on top. It’s a real classic song. People are gonna like it. I wanna think of a dope video. The storyline of the song, the whole King and Queens [theme], it’s motivational.”
On his collab with Nicki Minaj
“The song for Nicki is called ‘Muthafucka Up”. I don’t know what they gonna call it on the radio. Maybe they might call it ‘Up.’ That one is one of them going in type songs. Like how Wayne had ‘A Milli.’ One of those Young Money records that people love. We got a crazy visual for that one, too. I don’t wanna give it away. I’ve been doing a lot of features for everyone.”

Tyga’s ‘Careless World’ Pushed Back Again
No track list and pre-order info with less than two weeks before the release date (January 24th) usually means a push back. Despite the success of his single ‘Rack City’, Tyga’s Careless World album has been delayed one more time for unknown reasons. The new date is yet to be announced. Tyga Arrested in Las Vegas on Outstanding Warrant
Tyga spent part of his weekend behind bars. The Young Money MC was arrested in Las Vegas on an outstanding warrant stemming from prior traffic incidents.
TMZ reports that the 22-year-old, born Michael Stevenson, was pulled over for a traffic violation. During the stop, law enforcement officials discovered an outstanding warrant for traffic incidents including driving without a license, registration violations, and unlawful acts of financial responsibility.
The “Rack City” rapper was taken into custody at Clark County Detention Center. He was released the next day on his own recognizance.
Tyga is currently on the road promoting his upcoming album Careless World: Rise of the Last King
