Video: Nate Dogg Mourned At Funeral Service

Nate’s manager, Rod McGrew spoke during the service and had this to say: “He fought a hard fight. The last three years were unbelievable. He didn’t give up. He just had a talk with God and gave up. Two hours before that he was fine. He wanted to go to heaven and hang with his boys. He loved Tupac. He recorded with him. He wanted to hang with Biggie. But the most important thing is that he can walk around heaven with his favorite artist of all time, Michael Jackson.”

Artists React To Nate Dogg's Death

Singer Nate Dogg has passed away at the age of 41. According to family members, the singer passed late last night. The news was initially reported by Long Beach, Calif. newspaper the Press-Telegram. While the cause of his death remains unclear the infamous hook singer had been recovering from two massive strokes he suffered over the past years.

Nathaniel Dwayne Hale, better known as Nate Dogg, died today. Nate Dogg experienced a series strokes in the past five years—one in 2007 and two in 2008. Nate Dogg was born on August 19, 1969 in Long Beach, CA. Rest in peace Nate Dogg.

UPDATE: Daz Dillinger, lifelong friend of Nate Dogg, has confirmed via Twitter that Nate Dogg has passed away.
