Watch: DOOM interviewed at the Red Bull Music Academy

Posted by Canrus On 12:51

The uber-mysterious DOOM (formerly MF DOOM) recently sat down for a rare interview at the Red Bull Music Academy in Madrid. The result is this relentlessly comprehensive 100 minute discussion that touches on his production technique, collaborating with Madlib (as Madvillain), his family, and the various hip-hop alter-egos that make up DOOM's universe.

You'll probably notice that DOOM isn't exactly the most talkative rapper in the business, but he's surprisingly responsive to "Chairman" Jefferson Mao (of ego trip magazine), and aside from a few uncomfortable and awkward pauses, this interview has a great flow and sheds some light on the otherwise shadowy rapper/producer.
