As we reported earlier Lil Wayne recently suffered seizure-like symptoms whilst board a plane. Now it turns out that prevented him from attending a court date today.
Weezy is suing Quincy Jones III for his 2009 documentary that portrayed him in a negative light. He is also suing him for unlicensed use of his music. Wayne’s lawyer had to play the judge his deposition tape (below) for the jury. It could be a major problem for Wayne—who wasn’t in person—because it shows him refusing to answer any of the lawyer’s questions about the case.
When the judge watched the deposition video, he apparently said Weezy's behavior was “unreasonable” and “irresponsible.”
According to an exclusive report by TMZ, Lil Wayne was hospitalized earlier after suffering from seizure-like symptoms while aboard a flight on a private jet. The plane made an emergency landing in Texas Thursday night, and Wayne was then transported to a local hospital to receive treatment. The details are sketchy as to how long he was hospitalized, and what the exact diagnosis was, but TMZ was told that Wayne is "doing better."
Stay tuned for more information as this story develops. Get well soon, Weezy.

Yesterday, it was revealed that Drake and Lil Wayne have decided to shelve their much talked about joint LP. Now Drake tells XXL the exact reason behind the decision — impending comparisons to the highly successful collaborative effort from Jay-Z and Kanye West.
“Me and Wayne scrapped the idea of a collaboration album. We just agreed that it would be looked upon as…It would be sort of this competition [with Watch The Throne]. I feel like it would get caught in this whirlwind of hype. [Wayne] agreed. We just said, ‘If we do it, we’ll do it down the line. But right now is not the time.’”
